Thu, 8 June 2006 I was talking with my father and decided to record his war stories. He was conscripted into the army because they wouldn't let him volunteer (go figure). He was initially defending Melbourne as an anti-aircraft gunner and eventually went to New Guinea as a radar instructor. Dad is 83 (or 84) years old and he is still articulate as he re-tells the story. I was testing out my new e-bay sony stereo uni-directional microphone and I am very happy with it. All up this goes for about 33 mins. I think the file is a little bigger than it needs to be so I need to check my sampling rate. Comments[0] |
